30 DAY GUARANTEE
All head lice treatments include a 30 Day Guarantee if the following requirements are met. The 30 days begins from the date of initial treatment.
The follow-up visit must occur within 7 days of the initial treatment or the 30 DAY GUARANTEE will be invalid. All immediate family/household members (those living under one roof) must be checked and treated by Lice Ranger, if positive for lice. Families with two households must have all family members and caregivers, in both households, checked and treated by Lice Ranger, if positive for lice. All initial head lice checks for family/household members must be completed within the first 72 hours of the initial head lice treatment. If all family/household members are not checked and treated, if necessary, by Lice Ranger within the first 72 hours, the guarantee is invalid. Guarantee only applies to those treated.
PESTICIDE FREE ENVIRONMENT
Over the counter treatments that are currently being offered contain formulas that are considered neurocidal to lice however potentially toxic to humans. Lice Ranger treatment products are nontoxic, pesticide-free, and proven to eliminate lice and their eggs (nits) in just one treatment. Lice Ranger products use a combination of natural, safe, and active enzymes to remove head lice and nits without the risk associated with pesticide poisons.

Unfortunately, we do not accept health insurance at this time. However, some health insurance policies, do offer reimbursements for products and services and we’d be happy to provide you with the documentation necessary to submit for reimbursement. Please contact your health insurance provider to determine your coverage; we cannot verify that information for you.
Many Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) provide reimbursements for head lice removal after your payment has gone through and a copy of your itemized receipt has been received. If you plan to submit your itemized receipt for reimbursement, we would be happy to provide you with the necessary documentation at point of purchase.
